Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip onion rings in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. After coating, dip in breadcrumbs.
