Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg.
  4. Coat the chicken fillets with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
