Crispy air fryer pickles with a crunchy almond flour crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
