Delicious air fryer pumpkin pie bites that are easy to make and perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 package of pre-made pie crusts
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, and egg until smooth.
- Roll out pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the bites in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Use leftover pie filling if available.
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
