Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a donut pan.
- Place the donut pan in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Top with icing or powdered sugar if desired.
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller donuts.
