A delicious and easy-to-make air fryer spinach artichoke dip served in crispy cups.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 12 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.
  5. Spoon a small amount of the dip mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
  6. Fold the edges of the wonton wrappers to create cups.
  7. Place the cups in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
  9. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your preference.
  • For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
  • Wonton wrappers can be replaced with phyllo dough.
