Description
A delicious and easy-to-make air fryer spinach artichoke dip served in crispy cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 12 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.
- Spoon a small amount of the dip mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the edges of the wonton wrappers to create cups.
- Place the cups in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cups are golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- Wonton wrappers can be replaced with phyllo dough.
