Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp or chicken
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, shrimp or chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling on each spring roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the spring rolls in the basket without overcrowding.
- Spray the tops of the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Adjust the filling to your taste.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
