Delicious air fryer stuffed bell pepper bites filled with savory ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, halved
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, corn, cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper half with the mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  6. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
