- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is bubbly.
