A quick and easy air fryer recipe for sweet chili chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
