A simple air fryer recipe for Thai peanut chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts in the peanut sauce.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Make extra sauce for dipping.
