- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken fillets with the peanut sauce.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check if the chicken is cooked through and serve with extra sauce if desired.
