Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and season with salt before serving.
