Crispy air fryer tofu bites make a perfect vegan snack.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until well coated.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and season with salt before serving.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for the best texture.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
