Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
