Ingredients

- 2 cups of kale, washed and dried
- 2 cups of sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss the veggie slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Arrange the veggie slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
