Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.
