A simple recipe for making delicious veggie skewers in an air fryer.

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the vegetables until well coated.
- Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- You can use any vegetables you like.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
