Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
- Stuff the zucchini halves with the meat mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place the stuffed zucchinis in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the zucchinis are tender and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can use other types of meat if desired.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute meat with beans.
