Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
