A quick and tasty recipe for Asian-style chicken made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the marinade ingredients to taste.
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions before serving.
