A simple recipe for making buffalo cauliflower in an air fryer.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the buffalo sauce and toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
- Serve with celery and carrots for a complete snack.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
