A simple recipe for making cauliflower rice in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets.
- Add the cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
- Transfer the cauliflower rice to a bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the cauliflower rice in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
- Serve warm as a side dish or base for your favorite meal.
