Description
A simple recipe for falafel wraps made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a food processor, blend chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt until smooth.
- Add flour to the mixture and blend until combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Warm the wraps in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the wraps with lettuce, tomato, and falafel.
- Drizzle tahini sauce on top and serve.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
