Description

A simple recipe for falafel wraps made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add flour to the mixture and blend until combined.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Warm the wraps in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the wraps with lettuce, tomato, and falafel.
  8. Drizzle tahini sauce on top and serve.
