Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice.
  4. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower rice with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
