Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
