Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve immediately.
