Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Your choice of toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Brush the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Experiment with different spices for variety.
- Use lean turkey for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
