Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
