A quick and easy recipe for teriyaki chicken made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of chicken pieces.
- You can add vegetables to the air fryer for a complete meal.
